Welcome to Marcus Pointe Home Owners Association

We are a friendly Golf and Residential Community and much more, located in the western part of the Florida Panhandle in the city of Pensacola.   We have over 400 families making up our community. Winding through our neighborhood is a 6700 yard Championship Golf Course designed by Earl Stone which opened to the public in 1990; and continues today to be the premier golf and residential community in Northwest Florida.
 We hope all of us living in Marcus Pointe will use this site to communicate with each other and with our Board of Directors to continue to make our community a great place to live.
