The Architectural Review Committee’s role is to review and approve all requests for any exterior changes to existing homes, as well as completing the review process for new construction.  Our Committee is made up of Marcus Pointe homeowners that have YOU the homeowner in mind as our goal is to preserve the value of your property value resulting in Marcus Pointe remaining the attractive and desirable neighborhood that you chose to live in.

Submit Change Proposal Form to any member of the Architectural Review Committee for approval by the committee.
