Message from the President (Green Clay Pit Site Plan)
Pointe Blvd that is a threat to all our homeowners. Lynn Jones has informed
me that he has been made aware that a approval permit has been given to
"Green's Pit" to collect construction and land clearing debris. I consider
this landfill pit the same as Saufley Field landfill that had caused so much
grief to the homeowners that border the fill. I am requesting that we get
behind the effort to put this Site Plan Development Order on the web site so
that the homeowners that are already register can start passing the word to
other homeowners to get registered in order to stay up with the Green
development and progress. We need to start a petition and post signs to get
people to sign it. It is to everyone advantage because once the permit goes
through there is no stopping it. We will be suffocating like a couple of
years ago with dirt blanketing the sub-division and fumes from rotten wood,
etc.
